  • Simple answer,  Money.  The way that I read this is that the software sold to the ISP allows it to check files/images/videos/etc against a "Master List" which remains the property of the software company.  Once the ISP has the software, the only way for the software …

  • Once upon a time, journalists were honest hard working people intent only on reporting the story, not creating the story. Scoop Jackson may not have been well liked by many, but he was respected. He must be spinning about 100 mph at what Britten and the NYT now call journalism.
